The Loveland Historical Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation administered by volunteer members of the community. We support historic education and preservation of Loveland and the Big Thompson Valley by sponsoring educational programs, serving as a focal point for the community’s historical interests and activities, and supporting special projects of the Loveland Museum/Gallery.

In addition to our own efforts we also support community groups that share our passion for history, including the Downtown Loveland Association, Loveland Historic Preservation Commission, Novo Restoration, Inc., and the Stone Age Fair. The Loveland Historical Society also partners with other regional Historical Societies and museums.

Loveland Historical Society meets the second Monday of the month. See calendar for additional details.

Meetings are held at the Loveland Museum/Gallery, 503 N. Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, CO
