Welcome

The members of Loveland Historical Society share a common dedication and passion for preserving Loveland's heritage. Since 1998, LHS has been a long-standing advocate for historic preservation of two properties: 1864 Mariano Medina Family Cemetery and the 1873 Milner-Schwarz Farmhouse. In addition to sharing and maintaining the properties, LHS presents historical programs monthly at the Loveland Museum and supports the Save The Great Western Depots project.

LHS is administered by a volunteer board that meets monthly and elected by the membership. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in historic preservation and local history. The Loveland Historical Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.
